Sector Representatives:

• Hospitality Representative - Restaurants, cafes, pubs, food services
• Aesthetics Representative - Beauty, wellness, personal care
• Retail Representative - Independent shops and boutiques

Voting Rights

• Each member business has one vote
• Voting is by show of hands unless a ballot is requested
• Proxy votes are permitted if submitted in writing 24 hours before the meeting

• Nominations for Board positions should be submitted to membership@brackleybusiness.org.uk by 5pm on Friday 25th July 2025
• Self-nominations are welcome
• Nominees must be representatives of paid-up member businesses
